Booking & Payments
A booking will be considered confirmed only after the required payment or advance deposit has been received. The remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid before the scheduled relocation date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Tails On Travel is not responsible for delays caused by airlines, flight cancellations, weather conditions, customs inspections, quarantine requirements, government regulations, strikes, natural disasters, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make every effort to minimize disruptions and keep customers informed throughout the relocation process.
Health & Safety
For the safety of all animals, only pets that meet the required health standards and travel regulations will be accepted for relocation. We reserve the right to refuse transportation if a pet is considered medically unfit for travel or if required documentation is incomplete.
Pricing
All quotations are based on the information provided by the customer at the time of inquiry. Prices may change if there are changes in pet size, travel route, airline charges, government fees, exchange rates, documentation requirements, or other unforeseen costs.
