Our pet relocation services are subject to airline policies, veterinary regulations, customs requirements, government rules, and destination-specific laws. These requirements may change without prior notice and are beyond our control. We recommend that pet owners verify all travel requirements before making any relocation plans.

Although we work hard to provide a smooth and safe relocation experience, we cannot guarantee flight availability, exact travel schedules, customs clearance times, or approval from government authorities. Delays caused by airlines, weather conditions, government agencies, incomplete documentation, or unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of Tails On Travel.

Pet owners are responsible for ensuring that their pets meet all required vaccination, microchip, health certificate, and documentation requirements before travel. Any incorrect, incomplete, or expired documents may result in delays, additional charges, or cancellation of travel arrangements.
